tiered ticket pricing

We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new pricing model for our 2024 season! Based on seating location, this new model includes varying price points that better reflect the different experiences in our theater.

 

There are three different pricing tiers for you to choose from:

 

- Preferred
- Standard
- Value

 

Beginning in 2024, the cost of your ticket price will no longer be dependent on your show date and time, but determined by the individual seat you select within the theater.

 

Multiple pricing tiers can be selected within a single reservation, and individual seat costs and a breakdown of the pricing tiers will be noted on your receipt at the time of purchase.

Child Tickets are a flat rate price, regardless of the seating tier in which it is booked.  Child Tickets that are a part of a reservation that includes more than one seating tier will be automatically assigned to the lowest priced tier in that reservation.  Adult Tickets will be charged the seating tier price for remaining seats in the reservation.

Are you looking to book an online group reservation in 2024? For online reservations, your seats will be assigned at the time of purchase and payment in full will be required.

 

If you aren't sure where to start, simply give us a call! Our team of group experts will help you secure a date and lay out the next steps to get your planning started. Seats will be assigned at the time of booking, and a $250 deposit is required.

Please contact our Customer Relations Team at (800) 377-1277 for updates to your reservation. If the requested updates result in a change in ticketing tier, upgrade costs and/or refunds may apply.

 

We consider all sales final within 30 days of your show date. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be processed within 30 days. If you are looking to make a change to your reservation within that 30-day window, we encourage you to contact our Customer Relations Team at (800) 377-1277 to review your options. Certain special offers may be a final sale at the time of the purchase.
