Accessibility
At Sight & Sound, we strive to provide a comfortable environment for all of our guests. Both theaters are fully ADA compliant to assist guests with physical disabilities. Special seating areas are available to maximize the experience for those who need to remain in a wheelchair during the show. American Sign Language interpretation is offered at select performances for the hearing impaired. Additionally, the Lancaster theater offers hand-held language translation devices with subtitles in English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. If anyone in your group requires these services, please call 1-800-377-1277 to make the appropriate reservations.
Selecting Seats for Your Group
We know that securing payment from your group can take time. To help with that, group reservations may be made by phone with a $250 deposit. However, individual seats will be assigned at the time of booking. If you book online, full payment will be required when making your reservation.
Arriving by bus
We’re always happy to welcome and accommodate groups who travel by bus — and we have plenty of bus parking available! If your group is planning to travel by school bus or motorcoach, please let us know so we can plan for your arrival.
