The Lancaster theater is designed to accommodate guests who require wheelchairs or mobile transport and their companions. Our guests have options for wheelchair-accessible parking, restroom facilities, and theater seating. 

Not all seating is wheelchair-accessible, so it is important for you to request special accommodation when ordering your tickets. If you or someone in your party must remain in a wheelchair during the show, please call (800) 377-1277 to make your reservation.

The Lancaster theater has various onsite parking options. Our traffic team will be happy to direct you to the best spot upon arrival.

Our theater is climate controlled. We invite you to dress in layers so that you can adjust to what is most comfortable to you.

There is no dress code for the shows. Whether you choose to dress up or dress casually, we look forward to having you as our guest!
